1. WE KNOW WHAT OUR WEBSITE SHOULD LOOK LIKE, BUT WE DON'T KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO ACHIEVE IT.

We ask our clients to send us an email describing the 'big picture' of the project. We then break that down into smaller, easy to understand segments. Each segment includes the process involved, the timeframe and what exactly is required from you to get the job done.

We provide a complete custom solution, including the full range of internet business services that your project requires.

2. WHERE CAN I SUBMIT MY REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL?

3. WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON PRICING ON YOUR SITE?

You can find this on our pricing page. Please note that some of the prices are guides only. Depending on your project's complexity, and since every project is unique, the pricing for your project may be more or less than listed.

This is why we offer a free consultation – to give you the most accurate quote and timeframe we can.

4. DO YOU OFFER FIXED-PRICE ESTIMATES OR TIME-BASED BILLING? WHICH IS BETTER FOR THE CUSTOMER?

We offer a fixed-price estimate for most projects. If the project takes longer or requires more resources than originally estimated, the additional cost is not passed on to you.

Our fixed-price estimate includes all the features that you plan to have on your website. If you require additional features to be added to the site once development has started, we will either bill you on an hourly basis or agree a fixed price with you first.

Everything is done by agreement – keeping it clear and concise.

5. IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEC TO THE COMPLEXITY AND SIZE OF PROJECTS THAT YOU UNDERTAKE?

There is no minimum at all! We believe that there is no such thing as a 'small project'.

Some of our most successful clients started out as a one-person company working from home. So, no matter how complex or small a project you have, get in touch to discuss how we can best work together to achieve your goals.

6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A WEBSITE?

Like anything, a good website takes time to develop. Depending on the complexity of your project and whether you need a custom solution, you can expect an average timeframe of between four to eight weeks.

For smaller projects, such as designs and data feed CMS, this can take between one to two weeks.

A lot of it depends on how fast you can give us the materials we need to use in the project. The faster you are, the sooner your website will be complete.

7. DOES LOCATION MATTER?

Absolutely not. While we're based in the Czech Republic (GMT + 1), we're available five days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT and will get back to you within 24 hours on queries.

We regularly communicate with our clients by email or instant messenger – and all the materials we need are either emailed or uploaded on our server.

For complex projects, we also provide a UK phone number, where you can call us during working hours.

We have always worked with clients internationally and location has never been an issue.

8. WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO GET MY WEBSITE UP AND RUNNING?

After making your initial payment, as per your project estimate, you provide us with all your website content in electronic format.

Don't forget – in order to meet the project deadline, all content should be provided in a timely manner.

9. WHAT KIND OF TECHNOLOGY DO YOU SUPPORT?

We are experienced in the following programming languages and graphics packages: HTML, XHTML, HTML5, JavaScript, PHP5, DHTML, AJAX, CSS, XML, Adobe Flash, MySQL, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator.

All technologies used on your project are non-proprietary, mainstream and rely on open architecture.

10. WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR MAINTAINING MY SITE?

We offer our clients a complete web-maintenance support plan. From minor to major changes, our support plans give you the convenience and flexibility of updating, modifying or adding to your site by simply emailing us.

11. CAN I EDIT MY OWN WEBSITE?

Absolutely! If your website is built on a CMS, you can easily make changes through your browser.

And, if your site does not have a CMS, depending on your knowledge of web programming, we can give you access to your website files via FTP.

12. DO YOU HOST SITES AS WELL?

Yes we do. You do not have to host your website with us – but we host 90% of our clients’ websites for the simple reason that it's more convenient for them to have everything managed by one company.
